Ingredients
70 g of Belgiyumm Biscuit
30 g of Unsalted Butter
200 g of Icing Sugar
100 g of Belgi-Yumm Spread
150 g of Whipping Cream
50 ml of Amul Cream

Cake Layering Instructions
Mix melted butter with crushed Belgium Biscuits until well combined, and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
Press the biscuit base firmly into a ring mold to form an even layer. Refrigerate until set.
In a mixing bowl, whip cream cheese with icing sugar until silky and smooth.
Add Belgi-Yumm spread and Amul cream, and whip for 5 minutes until light and creamy.
Gently fold in the whipped cream to create a fluffy texture.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chilled biscuit base and smooth the top. Freeze for 4 hours to set.
Once firm, demold the cheesecake, slice into triangles, garnish with your choice of toppings, and serve chilled.
