Belgi-Yumm Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  1. 70 g of Belgiyumm Biscuit

  2. 30 g of Unsalted Butter

  3. 200 g of Icing Sugar

  4. 100 g of Belgi-Yumm Spread

  5. 150 g of Whipping Cream

  6. 50 ml of Amul Cream

Cooking Directions

  • Mix melted butter with crushed Belgium Biscuits, and cool to room temperature. Press the mixture into a ring mold and refrigerate to set.

  • Whip cream cheese with icing sugar until smooth. Add Belgi-Yumm spread and Amul cream, then whip for 5 minutes. Fold in whipped cream.

  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the set biscuit base and freeze for 4 hours.

  • Remove the cheesecake from the ring mold once set.

  • Cut the cheesecake into triangles, add desired toppings, and serve chilled.
