Nutalia Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  1. 70 g of Digestive Biscuit

  2. 30 g of Unsalted Butter

  3. 200 g of Icing Sugar

  4. 100 g of Nutalia Spread

  5. 150 g of Whipping Cream

  6. 50 ml of Amul Cream

  7. 400 g of Cream Cheese

Cake Layering Instructions

  • Melt the butter and combine it thoroughly with crushed Digestive Biscuits until the mixture resembles wet sand. Let it cool to room temperature.

  • Press the biscuit mixture firmly into a ring mold to form an even base. Refrigerate until set.

  • In a bowl, whip the cream cheese with icing sugar until smooth and lump-free.

  • Add Nutalia spread and Amul cream, and continue whipping for 5 minutes until light and creamy.

  • Gently fold in the whipped cream to create a fluffy, airy texture.

  • Pour the prepared cream cheese mixture over the chilled biscuit base. Spread evenly and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.

  • Once set, carefully remove the cheesecake from the mold. Slice into triangles, add your choice of topping, and serve chilled.
